Arctic Heli Skiing is a family-owned Icelandic operation based at Klængshóll Lodge on the Troll Peninsula. The team began Iceland heli-skiing in 2008 after years of ski-touring operations and also runs semi-private and private programs from Hotel Kulusuk on Greenland’s east coast.
The Iceland season runs from February through June, moving from cold powder and Northern Lights toward spring corn snow and the midnight sun. Small groups use H125 helicopters for summit-to-sea terrain, with Classic, Premium and private formats offering different helicopter rotations and flight-hour allocations. Internationally certified guides, avalanche training, airbag equipment and lodge-based hospitality are central to the program.
