Arctic Heliskiing has 2 helicopters and communications between the helicopters at all times (regular check-ins etc…) There is also communication with the Airport tower in Kulusuk. At the beginning and end of the season if they are working with only 1 group/1 helicopter then there is someone at the base on communications and typically 2 guides with the group.

-If one participant cancels, the group or the canceled guest must find a replacement. If no replacement is found, the remaining guests are financially liable for the canceled space, with no transfer to another season possible. -Cancellations made over 90 days before the package start date result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations within 90 days require payment of the entire trip price, which is non-refundable. -Bergmenn ehf. | AHS reserves the right to cancel any heli skiing package, offering a full refund, including the deposit. -Bergmenn ehf. | AHS is not responsible for expenses beyond the heliskiing package, such as pre/post-program travel costs like flights and accommodation.

Numerous nonrefundable expenses are involved in arranging helicopters, flight hours, and securing skilled guides for Greenland. Additionally, the Greenland Airport Authority imposes charges for commercial operations within the country, which are also nonrefundable. In the event of weather-related challenges resulting in a shortfall of minimum flight hours, we make efforts to sell these hours as extras to other groups during the season. While this may lead to refunds for groups unable to meet their allotted hours, it's important to note that such refunds cannot be guaranteed.
