Who is responsible

Heliski International operates this directory. Questions and rights requests can be sent to info@heliskiinternational.com.

Purpose and legal basis

We use current official business information to maintain an accurate, independent directory of active heli-ski operators. Where business information is personal data, our working basis is legitimate interests: identifying and accurately describing a public-facing business while minimising the information used. A listing is not a partnership, endorsement or quality approval.

Information and sources

Public profiles may contain a business name, official domain, destinations and short original editorial descriptions based on official websites and recognised industry or government directories. We keep verified business contact details privately for source verification, publication notice and rights requests. We do not publish personal staff biographies or direct personal contact details merely because a crawl finds them.

Recipients and retention

Public profile information is visible to directory visitors and search engines. Private request and contact records are available only to authorised editorial support and the service providers needed to operate the site and email. Resolved correction and removal records are reviewed for deletion after 24 months. A minimal domain suppression record is retained while the directory operates, unless the operator reverses its opt-out, so a removed listing is not recreated.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to correct, remove or object to a listing without creating an account or buying a plan. You may also request access, rectification, erasure or restriction where applicable and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Marketing is separate from the editorial publication notice and stops on objection.

Use the correction/removal link on the relevant operator profile or email info@heliskiinternational.com. We aim to acknowledge listing requests within two working days and resolve them within five.
