If weather conditions do not allow the use of all Hobbs time, the remaining Hobbs time may be used within two seasons. Any credit given holds no cash value. If for any reason a client chooses to leave the field early or does not ski on a skiable day, then the client account will be charged the amount of Hobbs hours that their group used for that day. If a client is injured and/or requires any type of mountain rescue, then all Hobbs time associated with the rescue may be charged to the injured guest.

If Valdez Heli-Ski Guides cancels a package due to weather, then you will have the following options: - To reschedule for another date during the same ski season with no change fee applied. - To forward all monies paid to the following year with no increase in package price. - To forward 50% of all monies paid to the following year and receive a 50% refund. Any package price increase will apply. - All refunds will be sent within 60 days following their trip or cancellation date. If a cancellation or change in dates is made, notification must be given in writing via email to VHSG. Any changes or cancellations will be charged a $250 cancellation/change fee. Deposits are refundable for cancellations made before December 1 minus the $250 cancellation/change fee. After December 1 all monies paid are nonrefundable.
