The shared-cabin social experience

The Bell 212 helped shape the classic Canadian model: several ski groups rotate through a large cabin, with guides coordinating a precise loading sequence at every pickup.

It feels completely different from a light single. The cabin is broader, the rotor disc is larger and the whole group shares the same aircraft rhythm. Some operators also configure the 212 for a smaller premium group rather than filling every available seat.

A large cabin, not a universal manifest

Selkirk Tangiers describes two Bell 212s arranged for ten passengers and another premium six-passenger version. The map below visualises a ten-passenger working cabin rather than the aircraft’s certified maximum.
