Cancellations made more than 90 days in advance will result in a full refund, subject to a $375.00 cancellation fee. However, cancellations within 90 days of your trip, regardless of the reason, will render your deposit and final payments non-refundable. In cases where a COVID-related issue leads to the cancellation of your trip, a credit equal to 100% of the total amount paid will be reserved for your use within the next three seasons at Majestic Heli Ski. Please note that there will be no refunds due to COVID, government shutdown, or natural disasters for any reason. Our reservation and cancellation policies are strictly upheld.

Majestic Heli Ski offers a generous credit/refund policy for the guaranteed vertical in your ski package. Here's how it works: Let's say you've booked the seven-day package, which includes 90,000 vertical feet of skiing. If you can't reach the full 90,000 feet due to weather or mechanical issues, you have options. You'll receive a 100% credit on the skiing portion of your package or a 50% refund. For example, if you manage 45,000 vertical feet, you'll get a 45,000-foot credit (equivalent to 50% of your skiing package cost for a future trip) or a 50% refund (equal to 25% of your skiing package cost). This credit is valid for the next 3 calendar years. If you prefer a cash refund, notify us within 30 days of receiving your skiing information, and we'll process it within 6 months. The same credit and refund percentages apply to our three-day (30,000 vertical feet), four-day (45,000 vertical feet), and five-day (60,000 vertical feet) packages. Private packages are based on flight time using the Hobbs Hour Meter, with 15 hours for private packages, including 8 guaranteed hours. The credit/refund percentages for private packages mirror those mentioned above.
