Reservation Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation request, and this deposit is non-refundable, with exceptions for natural disasters, pandemics, political crises, wars, terrorism, and extreme weather conditions. Balance Payment: The remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid 45 days before the scheduled arrival date. Reservation Deadlines: If a reservation is made less than 45 days before the arrival date, the full payment must be made upfront to confirm the reservation.

In the event of unfavorable weather or external factors preventing flight, half of the remaining flight hours will be reimbursed at a rate of USD 2,850 or preserved as credit hours for the following season. No refunds are granted for trip cancellations during the journey. In cases of cancellation due to injury, illness, or similar, Andes Heliboarding will compose a letter to the client's insurance company. Cancellations before the arrival date are non-refundable. Requests made over 30 days before arrival incur a 15% penalty for rescheduling next season, while those within 15 days face a 30% penalty with no option for rescheduling.

Extensive terrain knowledge ensures suitable areas for all skill levels. The safety measures include well-trained guides, avalanche risk assessment, route planning, weather analysis, first aid, mountain survival, rescue, and ski instruction. Radio repeaters enable communication, daily snowpack and weather analysis, and pre-ski slope assessment.
