What's included

Included are the party-size flight allocation, up to 6.5 ski days, mountain guides, seven single- or double-room nights in Manali with meals, Delhi airport transfers, onward air-and-land transfers via Kullu or Chandigarh subject to conditions, avalanche transceiver, airbag, shovel and probe, skis and poles, Wi-Fi, gym, sauna and steam bath, yoga, down-day activities, government royalty and GST. International flights, Delhi accommodation and meals, alcohol, room service, massage, excess baggage, motorbike activities and gratuities are excluded. Cancellation terms

To secure your booking for either the Private Package or the Classic Package, a non-refundable deposit is required within two weeks of your initial reservation. For the Private Package, this deposit is 30% of the package price, while for the Classic Package, it's Euro 2,500. The balance is due 12 weeks before your departure date. Cancellations made less than 12 weeks before the trip aren't eligible for refunds.

Refund policy

In the event of unfavorable weather conditions or mechanical issues preventing the group from utilizing the entitled helicopter hours in the Private Package, refunds will be issued according to the following criteria: For groups of 1 to 3 skiers with an entitlement of 8 helicopter hours per week, 2 hours are refundable. For groups of 4 to 6 skiers with an entitlement of 12 helicopter hours per week, 3 hours are refundable. For groups of 7 to 9 skiers with an entitlement of 14 helicopter hours per week, 4 hours are refundable.

Safety

At Himalaya Heliski, safety remains an utmost priority. They ensure a comprehensive approach to safety with the lowest guide-to-guest ratio globally (1:4) and a maximum of 15 skiers at any given time. Their guides are internationally certified heli-ski professionals with extensive experience, equipped with emergency medical skills, and proficient in snow safety, rescue techniques, and mountain travel. Each guest receives thorough training on avalanche safety equipment, including transceivers and bags, at the beginning of each week.
