About trip

Ski six possible days from Manali on Himalaya Heliski's 2027 Himalayan Odyssey. The seven-night package costs EUR 13,700 per person and includes five helicopter hours for each group of up to three guests. A maximum of four guided groups share one Airbus H125. Weekly departures run from 23 January through 3 April 2027. The program suits confident intermediates through experts and uses flight time rather than a guaranteed vertical total, allowing each group to choose between more runs, remote exploration and the best available snow.

Most skiing takes place between valley floors near 2,700 metres and ridges around 4,700 metres, with some terrain reaching 5,000 metres. Typical descents average roughly 900–1,200 vertical metres through forests, glades, bowls, ridges and glaciers. Five flight hours may yield about 30,500 vertical metres in good conditions, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Cancellation terms
To secure your booking for either the Private Package or the Classic Package, a non-refundable deposit is required within two weeks of your initial reservation. For the Private Package, this deposit is 30% of the package price, while for the Classic Package, it's Euro 2,500. The balance is due 12 weeks before your departure date. Cancellations made less than 12 weeks before the trip aren't eligible for refunds.
Refund policy
In the Classic Package, if any group fails to achieve the guaranteed 20,000 vertical meters of descent due to adverse weather or mechanical issues, refunds will be provided at a rate of Euro 100 per 1000 meters un-skied, up to 20,000 vertical meters. It's important to note that refunds won't be issued if one group manages to reach the guarantee while others do not. Additionally, refunds won't be provided for un-skied meters in cases involving injury, illness, lack of fitness, or unwillingness to continue skiing.
Safety
At Himalaya Heliski, safety remains an utmost priority. They ensure a comprehensive approach to safety with the lowest guide-to-guest ratio globally (1:4) and a maximum of 15 skiers at any given time. Their guides are internationally certified heli-ski professionals with extensive experience, equipped with emergency medical skills, and proficient in snow safety, rescue techniques, and mountain travel. Each guest receives thorough training on avalanche safety equipment, including transceivers and bags, at the beginning of each week.
