Cancellation terms

To secure a reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before January 1st, with full payment due after this date. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for any deposit or payment. However, in the case of government travel restrictions, guests are eligible for a 100% credit towards a future trip within two years, ensuring flexibility in unforeseen circumstances.

Refund policy

Black Ops Valdez understands that plans may change, and as such, they have a strict no-refund policy for cancellations, regardless of the reason. However, if government travel restrictions or mandates prevent travel to Valdez, guests can take advantage of a 100% credit for a future trip within two years. It's a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction even in challenging circumstances. Please note that opting out of scheduled activities, for any reason, does not qualify for a credit or refund.
