Safety is paramount at Svaneti Heliskiing. The pilots, trained in their operating areas, and IFMGA-certified Mountain Guides collaborate on heliskiing and as part of the Svanetian rescue team. With a lifetime in the region, they ensure your safety through intimate terrain knowledge and extensive experience in mountain rescue operations. Their helicopter operations meet international standards, using the AS350B3 helicopter. Pilots undergo continuous training, and participants are equipped with Mammut avalanche gear on arrival. As members of the local guide society, our team, intimately familiar with the mountains, provides unparalleled safety through their collective expertise.

Cancellation terms

Reservation and cancellation policies adhere to industry standards in helicopter skiing. Best practices dictate strict rules due to significant financial commitments made for helicopters, employees, fuel, and supplies during season preparations. • The balance payment is required 90 days before the heli-skiing package begins, and from this point onward, all amounts become non-refundable. • Cancellations made over 90 days before the package starts to incur a cancellation fee of 150 Euros. • No cancellation fee applies if the skier, canceling the package, finds a suitable substitute to take over the contractual obligations.

Refund policy

The full payment must be settled 90 days prior to the commencement of the heli-skiing package, and starting from this deadline, all payments are non-refundable.
