Cancellation terms

If you need to cancel 90 Days before the trip starts you will get 20% of your deposit. If you need to cancel in less than 90 days you will get 50% of your package. If you need to cancel in less than 45 days you will get 0% of your package.

Refund policy

If we cancel our operation due to weather considerations, technical fault, or of any other reason the refunds are given: 6000 INR per run based on the runs guaranteed. If we have to stop our operation during the ski day, we will give you a refund based on the number of runs you were not able to ski. The maximum refund we will give is based on the runs guaranteed in each package. Refunds are not given due to injury, lack of ability or fitness. If we have to cancel, it is also for your safety.
