If Phantom Heli cancels a trip before the start, a full refund is provided. If canceled after the start, a refund for the unused portion is given. Weather-related cancellations are made by the head guide for safety. Refunds or credits to a future date are issued. Private or semi-private packages have allotted heli time. Guests receive top-notch avalanche rescue gear throughout their stay - transceiver, probe, shovel, radio, and airbag backpack. Upon arrival, our guides conduct comprehensive avalanche training for all guests. Partnering with Black Tusk Helicopters, renowned for safety, they deploy modern A-Star helicopters adhering to strict maintenance schedules. The experienced pilots undergo specialized training for mountain flying and heli-skiing, equipped with state-of-the-art communication and rescue tools.
