Partnering with a helicopter service provider renowned for safety and guest enjoyment, the A-Star Eurocopters accommodate four guests and one guide. Equipped with radios, InReach devices, and SkyTracker GPS, their helicopters ensure continuous communication. As Heli-Cat Canada members, they adhere to strict safety standards, prioritizing your well-being in every aspect of our heliski operations.

Cancellation terms

To cancel, email admin@stellarheliskiing.com. Refunds until October 31 incur a 5% fee; after November 1, non-refundable. Notify them promptly if unable to find a replacement; they will make efforts to resell at full price, applying a change fee. Without trip cancellation insurance, if unsuccessful, we may fill seats with staff/partners, with no refunds. Stellar Heliskiing reserves the right to cancel, providing full refunds.

Refund policy

Multi-day programs include unlimited vertical, guaranteeing a minimum of 3,000 meters per day. Refunds for "down days" incur a $150 administration fee. No refund for lack of fitness or early return. Minimum guarantee is cumulative for multi-day trips.

Safety

Guests at Stellar Heliskiing are equipped with avalanche transceivers and receive training before their skiing day. The helicopter carries emergency equipment, including a trauma pack and vacuum mattress. Each guest in a group has an airbag with essential tools. Stellar Heliskiing employs a thorough snow and avalanche management system, evaluating weather conditions, snowpack stability, and terrain hazards to customize a safe and enjoyable skiing program based on on-the-ground conditions and guest needs.
