In case of cancellation or modification of your booking due to adverse weather conditions PH will assign you a provisional date based on availability and will keep the total amount of your booking for a maximum period of 1 year. If you wish to request a refund, PH will reimburse you for the descents not made ( €100.-/pers./descent – based on groups of 4 people- ) for Classic full day AND 1/2 day programs.

In case of an accident and depending on the seriousness, they have a direct link with the GRAE Pòmpiers Val d’Aran, which allows the intervention of a rapid infrastructure thanks to the provision of our helicopter. Depending on the severity of the cases, they will proceed to the application of established protocols. The evacuation in the heliport can be done: by vehicle, to the Vielha hospital (5 minutes) or, by helicopter, to the Toulouse hospital (30 minutes flight). They have their own avalanche specialists: mountain and skiing passionates who have spent more than 45 years managing avalanche risk. Their job is to make the snow profiles and transmit the information that concerns stability, participating in the daily elaboration of their own avalanche bulletin.

No changes or cancellations, whether in full or in part, will be allowed for any of the following reasons: delayed arrival at the heliport or activity, illness, injury, lack of client's ability or physical condition, aircraft delays, or presentation of travel documents that do not meet the required criteria. If you decide to cancel any program or activity, any unused third-party services will be refunded, provided that Pyrenees Heliski is not charged. In urgent situations such as illness or accidents affecting the individual or the serious illness or death of a close family member, our Pyrenees Heliski team will assist in arranging an early return. It's advisable to consider purchasing insurance for repatriation costs, as it is not included in the trip's price.
