FAQ

Cancellation terms
To confirm a reservation, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Failure to pay by the specified date may result in booking release. The final non-refundable 75% payment is due 90 days before the tour begins. In cases of non-payment, Silvertip Heli-Skiing reserves the right to release the space, and the deposit will be forfeited. All cancellations must be received by telephone or confirmed in writing. Finding a replacement guest incurs a $250 administrative fee; otherwise, the trip is non-refundable.
Refund policy
Silvertip Heli-Skiing guarantees verticals for all packages. If the guaranteed vertical is not reached due to weather or flight inability, a refund of $100 per 1,000 vertical feet is provided as a credit for the following year. Vertical achieved during a guest's absence is applied to their total. All payments received are non-refundable. Silvertip Heli-Skiing strongly recommends purchasing trip insurance, covering cancellation, delay, or injury. No refunds are given for unused trips.
Safety
Guests are required to read, comprehend, and sign a liability release before reaching the lodge. Mandatory safety training and orientations are compulsory for every guest, with an expectation to heed guide and staff safety instructions throughout their stay. Guests must arrive in a suitable condition for skiing or boarding, refraining from consuming recreational drugs or alcohol until the helicopter is grounded and safety orientations are completed.
