Cancellations received in writing or by fax four weeks before the arrival date will receive a refund of all payments made. After this period, the package is transferable to another person for the current season only. Changes to reservation dates, if available, are subject to a $150 per person administrative charge. No refunds are given for any unused portion of the trip. Fantastic Asia reserves the right to cancel a scheduled week at its discretion, providing full refunds for any payments received in such instances.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and it is fully refundable (excluding bank charges) up to 4 weeks before the arrival date. Beyond this deadline, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Full payment is required 4 weeks before arrival to secure booked spots. Any spot held by a deposit is subject to cancellation if full payment is not received by the specified date.
