If you wish to postpone your trip due to personal reasons, a charge of 15% from your downpayment will apply. This charge ensures we can offer a last-minute price to fill your spot in the helicopter. Additionally, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 60 days before the start of the package to receive a refund of the remaining 50% of the down payment. No refund will be provided for unused days, runs, vertical meters, or flying time within the package due to late arrival, early departure, lack of fitness, or poor skiing ability. Refunds for un-skied vertical meters and unused flight time will be issued if Heliski Romania cancels a day or part of a program due to weather or unforeseen problems.
