-No liability for compensation in case of cancellation or changes due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond control. -No refund if arriving later or leaving earlier. -Refund of 3,000 EUR per day per group for Private Heli skiing package if not skiing due to specified reasons. -No refund for unused days within the package due to weather or helicopter issues. -Flexibility needed for off-piste and heli-skiing; changes or cancellations can occur last minute based on weather and snow conditions. -Guaranteed 75% of skied vertical feet (VF). No refund for the remaining 25%. Refund of 30 EUR per 1,000 VF not skied below the guaranteed amount.

To cancel, confirmation must be provided in writing via email to info@vikingheliskiing.com. -If you cancel less than ten (10) weeks before the package begins and find a replacement, funds transfer to the replacement. If no replacement is found: A. Move reservation to the following year, but the non-refundable deposit is not transferred, requiring repayment. B. If no replacement is found and no transfer to the following year is desired, the package is non-refundable. -Cancellation more than ten (10) weeks before the trip allows for moving the reservation to the next year without losing any deposit or payments made. -VH retains the non-refundable deposit if cancellation occurs more than ten (10) weeks before the trip, and you opt not to come the next season. -Reservation is canceled if full payment is not received ten (10) weeks before the ski tour. -VH reserves the right to cancel any ski package. Refund is provided if no suitable alternative dates are found. -Refund of 30 EUR per 1,000 vertical feet not skied if guaranteed amount is not reached due to specified reasons.
