Should a registered participant cancel their reservation, a replacement person can be nominated. Failure to do so will result in the standard terms and conditions applying. If your stay is canceled, the deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future equivalent reservation if the space is successfully resold. Cancellations within 90 days of departure will only be eligible for a refund if the booking can be resold.

Refunds of €95 per 1,000 vertical meters are offered if the guaranteed 20,000 vert/m is not achieved due to adverse weather or technical issues.

Operating independently from accident site to hospital, the organization is fully equipped for emergencies. They have essential rescue tools, including rescue mats with winch covers, vacuum mattresses, defibrillators, and ventilation systems. Additionally, they carry a comprehensive first-aid kit, suitable for minor incidents and more severe accidents. Professional guides and rescuers on their staff oversee the rescue materials and procedures. At the start of each season, guides undergo training in equipment usage and snow safety procedures, ensuring they can provide assistance in case of an accident. Continuous radio communication is maintained between guides, pilots, and the helicopter base through radio or satellite phones. The organization also offers fully stocked mountain cabins, ensuring you have essential supplies for an overnight stay.
