In the event that adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues impede the attainment of the guaranteed minimum cumulative elevation gain during a guest's experience, any remaining cumulative elevation gain will be credited to the guest. This credit will be valued at CAD 140.00 for every 1000 meters, and it can be utilized for a future booking. It's important to note that this personal credit will remain valid for a period of two years from the date of issuance and is non-transferable. However, it's crucial to understand that there will be no reimbursement in the following circumstances: Late arrival or early departure of guests. The calculation of vertical meters is conducted based on the actual skiing or snowboarding achieved by each group per day, as guided.
