Travel cancellation insurance covers trip cancellation before the first skiing day, while travel disruption insurance provides reimbursement for any interruptions due to illness or injury. In the event that adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues impede the attainment of the guaranteed minimum cumulative elevation gain during a guest's experience, any remaining cumulative elevation gain will be credited to the guest. This credit will be valued at CAD 140.00 for every 1000 meters, and it can be utilized for a future booking. It's important to note that this personal credit will remain valid for a period of two years from the date of issuance and is non-transferable. However, it's crucial to understand that there will be no reimbursement in the following circumstances: Late arrival or early departure of guests. The calculation of vertical meters is conducted based on the actual skiing or snowboarding achieved by each group per day, as guided.
