Constructed in its original form back in 1931, Tweedsmuir Park Lodge proudly stands as one of the earliest wilderness getaways in British Columbia. Nestled amidst the breathtaking vistas of Tweedsmuir Provincial Park's southeastern region, within the expansive embrace of The Great Bear Rainforest, it offers a serene haven for up to 20 guests each week. The lodge boasts charming timber-frame chalets, with helicopter departures conveniently launching from the central front lawn.
In terms of helicopter arrangements, Tweedsmuir Park Lodge can accommodate up to three A-Star helicopters, catering to small groups of guests and guides participating in various heli-skiing programs. Accommodation options include 10 chalets and 2 open-concept suites, each equipped with its own ensuite bathroom. Single occupancy arrangements are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
