Is it really free to claim my operator presence?+
Yes. Basic ownership, factual corrections and removal requests are free. Claiming does not activate Start, leads, commercial ranking or partner status.
What can I manage after claiming?+
Basic owners can request factual corrections or removal and submit new experience drafts for moderation. Direct media management, leads, review replies, commercial priority and performance insights require Start.
What if my operator is already listed?+
Claim the existing presence with your work email. We verify ownership before management access is granted, so the public listing stays protected.
What if Heli does not have my operator yet?+
Create a private draft, complete your presence and submit it for review. Nothing is made public until Heli approves it.
